Welcome to our small Boutique Hotel in Kaulbachstr. 42 in Munich. We have a total of 6 rooms and are located in an absolute top location directly at English Garden. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Eisbach, Monopteros, the beer garden at Chinese Tower and on the other side the university with subway connection, the Pinakotheken, the Museum Brandhorst, the Leopoldstrasse with many restaurants, the Siegestor, etc.
The inner city is within a short walking distance.

Room #5 (Room “Olympiapark”): Sofa bed for a third person, private bathroom
Room #6 (Room “Frauenkirche”): Private bathroom
2-bedroom apartment “Hofgarten”: Separate apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony
All rooms have access to the breakfast room with coffee machine and balcony. We get daily deliveries of fresh baking goods and sweets of the traditional bakery “Huber” that are located in Türkenstrasse 85.
Facilities:
– Comfortable box spring beds (can be used as single or double beds) and some rooms have additional sofa beds
– Very quietly situated in a side street
– bakeries, cafés, bicycle rental, restaurants, etc. everything in the immediate vicinity
– Professional cleaning and delivery of our bedding by hotel laundry company
Other things to note
Just a few rules
* We offer peace and tranquility in the city, for our guests and our neighbours. Therefore parties and noise are not welcome. Quiet hours are from 10 pm.
* All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
* Are you interested in booking several rooms or other apartments? We would be pleased to make you a personal offer.
